3. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly use or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any rights required by applicable law.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Arca uses essential technologies to keep the Services working, remember preferences, maintain sessions, and support security. With consent where required, we may also use analytics and performance technologies to understand traffic, diagnose problems, and improve the Services. You can manage optional cookies through the controls presented on the site and through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect how the Services function.
5. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Supabase for infrastructure and authentication, Stripe for payments and identity verification, Calendly for scheduling, Sentry for error monitoring, Plausible for website analytics, social or OAuth providers, and communications providers. Those third parties may collect information directly from you and process it under their own privacy policies. Arca is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we may delete or de-identify it, subject to backup, archival, and legal requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system, storage method, or transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
8. International Data Transfers
Arca and its service providers may process information in the United States, the Philippines, and other countries where we or our providers operate. These locations may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email support@arca.ph. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. 11. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is not a uniform standard for responding to these signals, the Services do not currently respond to them. Where required by applicable law, we will recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
