Arca.ph uses strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep the Services working, maintain sessions, support security, and store your cookie choice. Those load without an optional choice.

Optional cookies stay off until you allow that category. You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or choose categories in Cookie settings:

• Functional. Remembers preferences and settings. No analytics or advertising tool runs on this choice alone.
• Analytics. Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, measures traffic and how the site is used. Microsoft Clarity provides session recording and heatmaps that show how the site is used. These load only when you allow Analytics.
• Advertising. The Meta Pixel measures visits and advertising, including page views and events such as a submitted inquiry or a booked call. The LinkedIn Insight Tag measures visits and advertising, including page views as you move through the site and those same events. RB2B website visitor identification, described below, may identify business visitors and enrich a visit with professional contact information for advertising, marketing, and sales outreach. These load only when you allow Advertising.

Rejecting non-essential cookies, or turning a category off later, keeps that category unloaded. Turning Analytics off after an earlier acceptance clears Google Analytics and Clarity cookies. Turning Advertising off clears Meta cookies and LinkedIn identifiers stored in the browser. Use the Cookie settings link in the site footer to review or change your choice. You can also control cookies in your browser. Blocking some technologies may affect how the Services function.

We record the cookie choice you make, including whether you accept, reject, or customize categories, without using a cookie for that record and without storing your IP address. Arca.ph also uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and gives aggregate visit stats, including country.

5. Website Visitor Identification

When advertising cookies are allowed, Arca.ph uses RB2B to identify business visitors to this website and to enrich a visit with professional contact information. We use that information for advertising, marketing, and sales outreach, including so our team may contact the business visitor. This identification does not run if you reject non-essential cookies, or if you leave Advertising off. You can change that choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the site footer.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Supabase for infrastructure and authentication, Vercel for cookieless website analytics, Stripe for payments and identity verification, Calendly for scheduling, Sentry for error monitoring, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for website analytics, Meta for the Meta Pixel, LinkedIn for the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft for Microsoft Clarity session recording and heatmaps, RB2B for website visitor identification, social or OAuth providers, and communications providers. Those third parties may collect information directly from you, or from your device when you have allowed the relevant cookies, and process it under their own privacy policies. Arca.ph is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we may delete or de-identify it, subject to backup, archival, and legal requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system, storage method, or transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

9. International Data Transfers

Arca.ph and its service providers may process information in the United States, the Philippines, and other countries where we or our providers operate. These locations may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
