I am a detail-oriented virtual assistant and social media manager based in Binan, Laguna, Philippines, with a background spanning government administration, BPO quality control, and online content management. I handle the tasks that keep operations running smoothly — managing inboxes, scheduling and posting content, writing captions, tracking performance metrics, building content calendars, and delivering weekly analytics reports in Google Sheets. I communicate proactively, follow instructions closely, and get things done without needing to be followed up on. On the content side, I use CapCut for video editing, Canva to fill gaps in source material, and Meta Business Suite to schedule and manage posts across Facebook and Instagram. I use AI tools like Claude and Nano Banana Pro to increase output without sacrificing quality, and I am currently learning ElevenLabs for voice work. On the administrative side, I have hands-on experience with payroll preparation and financial record keeping from my time at a national government office, CRM-style documentation from managing business operations, and community and inbox moderation from three years of freelance work. I have completed Coursera courses in Social Media Marketing and Google Data Analytics, with certificates pending financial aid. I also hold a TESDA NC II certification in Computer Hardware Services. I am open to part-time or full-time roles and am looking for a long-term working relationship with an employer I can grow with.
